Every Time I Die: Guitarist is being sued for Jumping on women's head

Jordan Buckley of Every Time I Die is getting some paperwork filed against him due to a Women whom was "seriously injured" after he allegedly fell onto her head with "No Warning" of crowd surfing. The incident occurred late summer on tour with Taking Back Sunday at the Crofoot Ballroom. Victim, Tonya Ross says she suffered Catastrophic Injuries Including  a Neck Fracture and Concussion.  as reported by WXYZ in Detroit. 

 

No word from Buckley, or the band. One thing I will say, EVERYONE HAS SEEN BUCKLEY CROWD SURF ACROSS THE VENUE. YOU DON'T NEED A FUCKING WARNING, IT'S GONNA HAPPEN.
