Ever wonder how The Black Dahlia Murder would play powerviolence? Well, now you know.

Tuesday, October 10, 2017

In case anyone reading this has been living under a rock, The Black Dahlia Murder released a killer new full-length last Friday. Apparently, the bonus tracks pack just as much of a punch, as exemplified by the one they're streaming through New Noise MagazineNew Noise''s latest issue features a flexi track from The Black Dahlia Murder, and it's much more aggro than their agile melo-death inspired deathcore. "Gone But Not Forgotten" is the best powerviolence track Black Dahlia has ever released — it's also the only one, but who cares? It rips. Frantic blast beats, break-neck rhythm changes and feral vocal delivery make this song a fun, violent ride.

If nothing else, this track shows Black Dahlia sound just as mean after stripping down to the rawest aspects of their style. Head over to New Noise to stream the track and get ahold of the new magazine.
